Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and plans can change unexpectedly. At Hair by Anna Marie LLC, we aim to provide a flexible and stress-free scheduling experience for our clients. We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling your appointment. If you cancel outside of the 24 hours please understand that your credit card on file WILL be charged 50% of your service total. If you choose to no show, no call your credit card will be charged for 100% of your scheduled service and you will be banned from online booking.
If you do not have a credit card on file, your fee will be due prior to booking another appointment with me and will be sent over to you via invoice .
